Then I would likely go into the system registry and delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe key and all sub-keys. Using the built-in uninstallers (through Programs and Features.) I would (after testing with multiple browsers to verify it either worked or failed in the same manner) probably then do something along the lines of:ġ) Update my video device drivers from the video hardware manufacturer's web page/drivers and support web page of the computer manufacturer for my computer model.Ģ) Update my audio device drivers from the audio hardware manufacturer's web page/drivers and support web page of the computer manufacturer for my computer model.ģ) Uninstall anything and everything related to Adobe. This is not Microsoft direct support in any fashion.
